hey guys, it's jay kapoor and in this video i am going to show you how to fix the heating issue in micromax yu yureka running android lollipop. *intro music playing* so to fix or reduce the heating issue, 1st of all delete all the useless apps. yes, there are lots of google apps and cyanogen apps integrated into the lollipop update. to delete any of them, open the app drawer, long press on any of the app that you don't use. drag it to the app info, then click on disable or uninstall. so the 2nd tweak is to disable the wake locks of google play services. go to phone setting, then go to privacy, then go to privacy guard and on the top right corner, you will find 3 dots, click on that,

then click on show built in apps. then find google play services and long press on that. then scroll down, you will find a option called wake up. turn it off, then scroll down and you will find a option called keep awake. turn it off also and turn off autostart also. so the third tweak is to disable the animations. go to the phone setting, then go to about phone option, then click on build no. about 7-8 times. then hit the back button. now you will find developer option, click on that. now scroll down and you will find window animation scale, turn it down to .5x. do this for animator duration scale also and transition animation scale also. so the 4th tweak is to use power saver mode as much as you can. to enable the power saver mode go to phone settings, then go to battery, then here you will find battery mode. select it to power save mode. this will throttle the cpu and reduce the heating issue.
